I think it's impossible. You have to match the 1B in row 2 with one on the right end. To do that, you're forced to match the 7B in row 4/6, which leads to the other 7Bs blocking access to the last EWs. Or, you're forced to match the 8D in row 1/2, which leads to interlocked 8B and 8D in row 5.
